After undergoing modification surgery by MASKED RIDERS 1 and 2, Shiro Kazami, now known as MASKED RIDER V3, fights against Destron to avenge the murder of his family. Former Destron scientist Joji Yuki also attempts to correct his mistakes by fighting alongside Kazami against evil in his transformed form, Riderman!
