The Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba manga series was created by Koyoharu Gotoge, it consists of 23 volumes and has sold over 150 million copies. The manga is published under SHUEISHA’s JUMP COMICS and the animation production is by ufotable.
The story begins when Tanjiro Kamado, a boy whose family was killed by a demon, joins the Demon Slayer Corps to turn his younger sister Nezuko back into a human after she was transformed into a demon. The TV anime series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba first aired with the Tanjiro Kamado, Unwavering Resolve Arc in April 2019. In October 2020, the animated feature film Mugen Train was released, and the TV anime Mugen Train Arc and Entertainment District Arc were broadcasted and streamed from 2021 through 2022. Kicking things off with the world tour screenings of the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba -To Swordsmith Village- in February 2023, the TV adaptation of the Swordsmith Village Arc is scheduled to begin airing in April.
It has captivated the hearts and minds of fans worldwide with its tragic tale of humans versus demons, intense sword fighting, charming characters, and even comical scenes.
