Fans of the beloved anime Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End are in for a treat as a new themed pop-up café arrives in Taiwan. Launching at FANFANS CAFÉ’s Taipei (Ximen) and Taichung (Yizhong) branches from early August, this limited-time collaboration promises immersive experiences, character-themed dishes, and a treasure trove of exclusive merchandise.

Step Into Frieren’s World

From a breathtaking meteor shower display in Taipei to an intense battle scene backdrop in Taichung, each location brings iconic scenes from the anime to life. Fans will dine alongside characters like Frieren, Himmel, Fern, Stark, and the ever-popular Mimic—whose treasure chest appearance might just contain a surprise!

The themed menu includes hearty mains like Frieren’s creamy stew, Heiter’s herbal pasta, and Eisen’s classic hamburger steak. Desserts are equally enchanting, from a Mimic-shaped tiramisu to Fern’s blueberry birthday pancakes. Each dish includes a collectible character photo card. (8 versions total).

Drinks include Frieren’s “Almond Milk Smoothie”, Himmel’s “Blue Citrus Sparkling Drink”, choose from seven character-inspired drinks and receive a chibi straw sleeve and limited-edition coaster (14 types available, randomised).

Exclusive Polaroids & Merchandise

Guests who book in advance through the official website will receive an exclusive wide-format Polaroid photo of one of the characters. With two designs to collect, early reservation is recommended.

And for those after keepsakes, the merchandise lineup is packed with humour and creativity. Highlights include modular acrylic stands with movable inner pieces and interchangeable accessories.Must-have plush keychains featuring adorable chibi characters are also available!
